HEALTH: PRECIOUS TREASURE

Health is the most precious treasure of ours. Without health or good health we cannot live long or we cannot do our daily tasks properly. So how can we maintain these good health??? We can maintain these good health of ours by eating balance diet, exercising, not smooking cigarettes, and of course not drinking liquors or alcohols. By these simple pattern, we can maintain our good health.

We must not abuse our self or body. Just for example, if we have a work or some activities to do, we must know our limitations. Why? Because if we don't know our limitations our body it will become weak and it has a possibility that we cannot do our jobs or works or activities again. And of course if we want that our ambitions will be granted or will come true, we must foollow these very simple pattern. "eat balance diet, have a daily exercise, not smooking cigarettes and not drinking alcohol."(~_-)_jessica_28_
